Community Bible Study

Come see what happens in people’s lives when they discover God through the study of His Word, the Bible.Our classes meet weekly during the school year. Each class participant receives a course book with a commentary and home study questions. Each week, you’ll participate in small group discussions and a large group teaching. From time to time, fellowship meals will provide special times of sharing and relationship building within the class.

Class will begin on Wednesday, August 29, 2024 (9:30-11:30 AM), covering the book of Matthew!

Come see what happens when you discover God through the study of His Word, the Bible! Our interdenominational women's Community Bible Study class meets in-person from 9:30 AM-11:30 AM on Wednesday mornings at our host church, Statesboro Primitive Baptist Church. As part of your study, you will receive course books that contain both home study questions and engaging commentary. Lessons will be discussed in small groups, and a large group teaching time is offered immediately following. We also offer an in-person children's program (infants through preschool) that meets at the same time on Wednesday mornings as our adult women's class. Not sure if CBS is for you? Beginning Wednesday, August 29th, we will embark on our exciting study of the book of Matthew. Registration is open throughout the year, so it's never too late to join! Want a preview of our study?

Next Gen Ministry

Through a variety of activities such as Bible teaching, Scripture memory work, crafts, music, games and other activities, we seek to provide a nurturing environment where children can learn about Jesus' wonderful love for them. We also come alongside parents as they teach and train their children to live out God’s truths in their lives. We welcome your children to experience the love of Jesus through the loving servants in our CBS Children's Ministry.
